Michael Sparks Associates worked together with Segro and the occupier, DB Schenker, to deliver a bespoke building to suit their exact requirements. Completion was August 2012.
The building delivers a contemporary yet functional design that has enabled DB Schenker to relocate from their existing facility next door.
The design achieved an ‘Excellent’ BREEAM rating along with sustainable features and an EPC rating of A24.
