Michael Sparks Associates are a proud founding partner of LandAid, the property industry charity. Through regular donations, active involvement in fundraising events, and giving expert advice to partnered charitable organisations we are helping to end youth homelessness in the UK.

We care about our local community and having a positive impact on the places where we work is important to us.

We have put in place a Social Value Action Plan which sets out a strategy for ensuring that social value is at the forefront of everything we do. The purpose of this is:

to reflect the requirements laid out in the Public Services (Social Value) Act 2012 and ensure that we are supporting local authorities in achieving their aims through the development and planning process
to demonstrate our commitment to delivering social benefits in terms of economic, environmental and social wellbeing to the communities in which we work
to create a design philosophy that can deliver innovative and sustainable solutions through our projects, which can offer real opportunities to local communities and users alike
