Brentwood

Goodman employed MSA as the architects to develop a masterplan of approximately 8.68 hectares and design a base-build building for Farsound Aviation. The site is located in the emerging Brentwood Local Plan for new employment uses.

The development form for the unit has provided a self-contained and functional building with its own identity. However, it also relates to the wider vision for East Horndon Business Park in order to enhance the character and appearance of the locality. BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and EPC ‘A’ ratings were achieved for this project.
