PLP have taking another major step forward. M1 XL spans an impressive 645,000 sq ft, designed with cross-docking functionality to optimise logistics efficiency. Key ESG-focused features include a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating, ensuring high environmental and operational standards, EPC A+ ,integrated EV charging, PV coverage as part of the specification for occupiers to benefit from. Local services directly to Nottingham and Derby infrastructure to support the transition to greener transport solutions.
