Planning Permission Granted: Detailed Permission secured 2020

  • MSA were appointed to secure planning permission for an existing distribution unit that was coming to the end of its useful life. The existing site is within a conservation area and in close proximity to a Listed Building.
  • Following pre-application discussion, a detailed application was prepared and sought to maximise the development potential of the site to intensify the use of the site and act as a gateway to the Brooklands Industrial Estate.
  • Planning Permission was secured within the 13-week determination deadline without the need for a S106 Agreement.
  • It is understood that works for the development are due to be completed in 2023.
