Coventry

Located in Prospero Ansty Park, Plot 1B consists of three new warehouses (B2/B8), ancillary offices, surface parking and associate landscape. The brief articulated the developer’s desire for the architecture of the building to visually express the corporate culture of the business, and to reflect the high level of skills already present within the surrounding developments. The offices’ areas are largely open plan, providing flexibility to employees and the business on where and how they worked.

The main consideration of the form of building focussed on maximising the manufacturing capacity, and ensuring fluid traffic movements in the service area, car park and in front of the offices.
