BARDON 2, UNIT 1

VF Corporation, the American worldwide apparel and footwear company owner of renowned brands such as Timberland, North Face, JanSport, Vans and Dickies, have begun operations at their new national distribution centre at Bardon II.

Mountpark Bardon is a prime Midlands distribution park extending over 145 acres and over 2.5 million square feet of leasable area. Situated within the ‘Golden Triangle’ for distribution, off Junction 22 of the M1 Motorway, the park benefits from excellent transport communications. Major retailers and logistics companies are present on the first phase of the estate: Amazon, Eddie Stobart and Farmacy2U, and the first unit in Phase II is now complete.

The 701,650 sq ft (including mezzanine) facility received practical completion in May 2020. The building has been fitted with the latest technologies for retail distribution management and automation, and also comprises offices, meeting rooms and welfare facilities for staff including a fully equipped industrial kitchen, staff canteen, and external breakout areas along with a high specification gym.
