Michael Sparks are the masterplanners and architects for Mountpark Bardon, a large 101ha logistics park, located near to Junction 22 of the M1. The park is being developed in three phases that could, ultimately, accommodate 335,000 sq m of logistics buildings. Phase 1, which has been completed, involved three buildings and included a 98,449 sq m purpose-built fulfilment centre for Amazon; Phase 2 is under construction, and includes a recently completed 65,185 sqm national distribution centre for the VF Corporation; and Phase 3 has been submitted for planning permission.

Michael Sparks Associates were the architects for every building constructed so far in the development, and acted from start to finish in each case.
