Following the successful completion of Phase 1 at Beddington Lane, and acquiring more employment land across the road, Prologis UK Ltd instructed MSA to design Phase 2. The site consists of 4 small industrial units in a mix
of sizes from 1,351 to 4,176 sq m within a 1.81 Hectare site. Units D5a & 5B are set in a small terrace with open yards to the front. Units DC6 & DC7 are stand-alone, with secure yards and parking areas.

The buildings use a similar palette of colours and materials to Phase 1, but with differing design details. The contemporary employment units utilise a variety of robust materials and colours to enhance the appearance of the area and continue the established
site-wide language from Phase 1. The core values of the development include efficiency and sustainability with the building’s specification exceeding statutory requirements and institutional standards.
