Michael Sparks Associates were appointed as the architects and masterplanners for client Peel Logistics Property to develop the former Outokumpu site, one of the largest in Sheffield, into a flagship for industrial floorspace. Phase 1 comprises of two brand new industrial warehouse units. The smaller unit comprising 45,000 sq ft is let to Arthrex and the larger 134,000 sq ft unit is let to ITM Power. Phase 2 received outline planning permission from Sheffield City Council in 2018 and can accommodate units ranging from 80,000 sq ft up to 660,000 sq ft.
