MSA have been employed by Aitchison Developments as Architects and masterplanners to design a hi-tech, campus style development to the west of Cambridge. This prestigious development consists of 15 self-contained units of varying sizes with extensive landscaping and open spaces, forming phase 1 of the Bourn development. These units offer the potential for local hi-tech businesses looking for beautifully landscaped surroundings set within the countryside at Bourn. Phase 1 of the development completed in June 2022 with phase 2 in the pipeline.
