The industrial park is located on a site formerly used by GSK for pharmaceutical production, and situated in a sensitive location sandwiched between the Dartford Marshes and nearly residential neighbourhoods. The development, which comprises 28,000 sqm (301,300 sqft) of floor space in three buildings, also includes a new road to provide easy access to the M25 and substantial ecological mitigation. Occupiers include FedEx, who occupy a mail hub on the site, and Berendsen who have opened a new facility to provide textile cleaning and maintenance services to local organisations.
The project achieved a BREEAM rating of “Very Good”.
