Receiving an award from the British Council of Offices for the best commercial office building in the South West Region in May 2009, this scheme illustrates the Practice’s main aim of producing good architecture within sound commercial realism.

The building also gained a ‘Very Good’ BREEAM rating and contained many environmental and sustainable technologies such as solar waterheating and rainwater harvesting. Michael Sparks Associates are master planning other improvements to this estate.
