Basildon

MSA worked with Prologis UK Limited and the Costa team to build a new headquarters and roastery, relocating from Central London to a site in Basildon.

The design incorporated a Phase 2 element attached to the existing unit on the west which will be built as the business expands.

It achieved an ‘Outstanding’ BREEAM certification and was shortlisted in the 2017 BREAAM awards, as a building that set the standard for sustainability in the design, construction, refurbishment and management of our built environment.
