This speculative development provided two industrial facilities of single-storey distribution / warehouse facilities. Plot 9 included office accommodation over 2 floors, with Plot 10’s accommodation provided over 3.

Situated on a 14.15 hectare site at the southern end of Cabot Park, the units were completed within 2 months of each other to 38 to 42 week programmes. The overall contract value was £23 million. Plot 9 was subsequently let to the logistics company, Culina.
