Michael Sparks Associates were the architects and masterplanners for Unit DC1 at Prologis Park, Hams Hall, completed May 2019 and handed over to Jaguar Land Rover, for whom the building was designed.

The building has a floor area of 38,400 sq m (413,500 sq ft) and an internal height of 18.15 metres, and forms the first phase of an 85,000 sq m (915,000 sq ft) industrial and logistics park currently being developed by Prologis at Hams Hall. The development has brought new life to a previously contaminated brown field site that accommodated a major power station.

The project achieved a BREEAM rating of “Excellent”.
