Practical Completion has been awarded to Centric, an urban logistics development at Gunnels Wood Road in Stevenage.

Michael Sparks Associates were appointed as the architects for client Taurus Developments / Industrial Property Investment Fund to develop the brownfield site into flagship industrial floorspace. The development has excellent transport links, with access to the A1 (1 mile away) and Stevenage railway station (10 minutes’ walk away) which is on the east coast mainline.

The development site comprises of four brand new industrial warehouse units with ancillary offices consisting of Units of 900 sqm (9,688 sqft) up to 2,422 sqm (26,070 sqft).
