Works are progressing at Prologis Park Hams Hall for Phase 2 of the development.

The site, previously occupied by a power generating facility, sits within the established industrial and logistics estate to the north of Coleshill, centrally positioned to serve the UK and international markets.

The three new units, DC2, DC3 and DC4, total 476,975 sq ft and will provide warehouse industrial space, loading areas, ancillary office space, ground level car parking, and landscaping.

Practical Completion is due June 2022.
