Michael Sparks Associates were appointed by Blackrock and Graftongate to design a number of high quality new logistics / distribution / warehouse units with eaves height of 8-12m to reflect and enable a successful development in terms of commercial letting and integration into the Bedfont Trading Estate and surrounding developments.The new industrial development amounted to a £20m contract, and is situated at Heathrow Logistics Park (formally Bedfont Trading Estate), to the south of Bedfont and London Heathrow Airport and to the west of Feltham.

Michael Sparks Associates’ responsibilities included master planning, planning consultancy, and a full architectural service, as well as design coordination with specialist subcontractors.
