MSA was employed by Goodman as the architects to design a three-unit scheme, consisting of high quality warehouse units ranging in size from 1,969 sq m to 4,792 sq m. London Brentwood Commercial Park comprises of a well-designed, landscaped and contemporary development, bringing valuable employment to the area. The completion of this scheme complements the successful and fully occupied phase 1 development.

The project achieved a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and EPC ‘A+’ rating
