Marston Gate DC10, Bedfordshire, has received practical completion and was handed over in May 2020.

Michael Sparks Associates were commissioned by Prologis UK Limited to design a high quality building to reflect and enable a successful development in terms of commercial letting and integration into Prologis Park Marston Gate and surrounding developments. Marston Gate DC10 is the third unit on this business park designed by MSA since 2018; the other two new buildings are now occupied by Dwell and XPO Logistics.

Michael Sparks Associates were the master planners and architects for the developer’s build. The building comprises of a single storey warehouse unit of approximately 241,850 sq ft with a two storey ancillary offices accommodation of approximately 15,000 sq ft, and warehouse pod offices of approximately 4,380 sq ft. These all combine to make up the packaging and storage facilities for RAJA, Europe’s major eco-friendly packaging supplier. The development has ambitious environmental credentials including BREEAM Excellent, EPC A +, and Carbon Neutral certification.
