Hemel Hempstead

Working with Prologis UK Limited, Michael Sparks Associates developed a masterplan for a logistics park consisting of nine units of varying sizes from 8,784 to 225,000 sq ft.

All nine units were completed in 2018. Each building is built to the highest standard offering minimal energy use, faster goods transit, increased goods storage and space for expansion of staff.

The project achieved a BREEAM rating of “Excellent”.
