MSA 30 YEARS

This year marks the 30th anniversary of Michael Sparks Associates since establishing in 1988. It has been a great journey through the years, incorporating three recessions and a massive growth in industrial / warehousing, that has resulted in the successful practice that we are today.

Three decades of experience in the industrial and warehouse market has produced a substantial portfolio of work. Well over 700 buildings have been completed for many different occupiers and developers, ranging in size from 500 sq ft to 2.4 million sq ft (totalling upwards of 65 million sq ft). In 2017 alone we completed 24 projects for occupiers and developers totalling 5.5 million sq ft.

Our commitment to quality, value and service is reflected in our continually well-designed, practical solutions that not only look good, but are operationally excellent. Over the years, many of our designs have been shortlisted or won IAS awards in various categories, illustrating MSA’s extensive involvement in the industry.

Our success in the development sector is of course down to the team and our highly experienced architects who continue to keep ahead of changing technologies, the increasing complexity and requirements of planning challenges, and the demands of our well established clients.
