NUNEATON AND SHEFFIELD

Michael Sparks Associates have received formal planning approval from Nuneaton Council for a new 21,300 sq m (230,000 sq ft) unit for Goodman, with Winvic as the main contractor.

A planning application has also been submitted for a new 31,700 sq m (342,000 sq ft) unit for PLP in Sheffield. Construction is due to start on site in late October of this year.
