MSA was commissioned by Manse Opus to design and deliver a world-class corporate head-quarters facility on the Ansty park near Cambridge. MSA was additionally commissioned to deliver a high quality fitout of the building for the tenant, Cadent Gas. The office building comprises four stories (incl. basement) of office accommodation around a triple-volume glass-roof atrium, that floods the internal spaces with natural light, and creates a collaboration and events space on the atrium floor. The tenant has a number of specific security and spatial requirements that had to be accommodated within the building, and had implications for the landscaping around.
