Michael Sparks Associates were commissioned by Canmoor Developments to Masterplan development opportunities within Westway Park, Glasgow. This included obtaining planning permission for extending the internal Estate Road to the south with a gatehouse at the boundary that provides enhanced connectivity with Glasgow Airport and the M8 motorway. The Estate Road created two separate development sites of approximately 4.5 and 8.5 acres.
Westway 90 is a single industrial building with first floor office accommodation with service yard, hard standings, car parking, and landscaping. Consultation and detailed negotiations were undertaken with NATS regarding radar implications.
BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and EPC ‘A+’ ratings achieved.
