Practical Completion has been awarded to Phase 2 of the design led urban logistics and industrial regeneration at Bessemer Park, Sheffield. Michael Sparks Associates were appointed as the architects and masterplanners for client PLP to develop the former Outokumpu site, one of the largest in Sheffield, into a flagship for industrial floorspace.

With immediate access to J34 of the M1 Motorway, the park comprises an impressive and nationally significant 50 acre development site situated within the heart of the UK, with 6 airports within a 90 mile drive and 75% of the UK within a 4.5 hour HGV drive from the site.

Phase 2 comprises of four brand new industrial warehouse units with ancillary offices consisting of Unit 3 83,916 sq ft let to ITM, Unit 3A 294,463 sq ft, Unit 4 138,093 sq ft let to Dormole Limited and Unit 5 96,805 sq ft.
