Michael Sparks Associates worked together with SEGRO to deliver a warehouse with fully fitted-out offices, external service storage yards and multi-storey car park, with a total floor area of 13,228 sq m (142,350 sq ft). The development represented a unique opportunity, not only to create a high quality development to house the proposed headquarters and distribution hub for DHL, but also to create a catalyst for the regeneration of neighbouring properties in the Poyle and Colnbrook areas.

The unit achieved an ‘Excellent’ BREEAM rating.
