PROLOGIS PARK

Michael Sparks Associates are the architects and master planners for Prologis Park, West London, an industrial and logistics park in Hayes. The site consists of the recently completed DC1, 2, 3 A&B, and the latest addition, DC4.

The building, which has a floor area of 9,835 sq m (105,870 sq ft) and an internal height of 15.8 meters, forms the last phase of the development, which has brought new life to the old canal side site through new landscaping and a new addition to its skyline.

The drone shot illustrates the completed lift core and the first few zones of steel assembly. The piling is complete, whilst steel members are being erected to the offices and dock walls are fixed to the yard.
