Michael Sparks Associates were commissioned by Prologis UK Limited to design a high-quality building to reflect and enable a successful development in terms of commercial letting and integration into Prologis Park Hemel Hempstead and surrounding developments.

DC3a is the 11th unit on this business park designed by MSA. The building comprises of a single storey warehouse unit with multi-storey ancillary offices and separate meeting rooms totalling approx. 234,000 sq ft.
