Power Station B site is located at Hams Hall to the north of Coleshill on vacant land previously occupied by a power generating facility. The plot sits within an established industrial and logistics estate. DC1 was completed in 2019 and is occupied by Jaguar Landrover. Each unit has warehouse industrial space, loading areas, ancillary office space, ground level car parking, gatehouses and landscaping. The new development comprises three single storey industrial units with ancillary office accommodation, and each unit has their own outdoor amenity space for staff.

The project achieved an ‘Excellent’ BREEAM rating.
