Michael Sparks Associates were the masterplanners and architects for the four units at Prologis Park West London. The high spec buildings total 41,836 sqm (450,335 sqft) for client Prologis UK Ltd. All units have been let to Virtus Data Centres. The project incorporates significant landscaped areas around the buildings and regeneration of the canal frontage which provides footpath links to West Drayton to the west.
