PROSPERO ANSTY PARK

We have recently handed over the final units completing the Prospero Ansty Park for Manse Opus, covering a total of 184 acres.

The construction works for the first unit began in October 2018, and in just over five years, we have completed a total floorspace of 1,872,000 ft² spread across nine buildings designated for B2, B1 and B8 uses.

The development comprises two build-to-suit facilities, for Meggitt PLC and for Cadent Gas, both award-winning projects.
