The development was designed as a purpose-built headquarters facility for SAS International, a leading British manufacturer of quality metal ceilings and bespoke architectural metalwork. It substantially transformed the previously vacant unit on this plot into a well-designed, contemporary facility that has improved and enhance the area as a whole, and formed a gateway into Suttons Business Park, enabling it to compete with other new employment sites across the borough.

The project achieved a BREEAM rating of “Very Good”.
