SEGRO PARK, HAYES

Recently completed SEGRO Park, Hayes on the former Nestle site, provides four speculative industrial units for SEGRO totalling 268,810 sq ft GEA with first floor offices. The development provides public open spaces, trim trail and the regeneration of the Grand Union Canal towpath for building users and the public. With sustainability and wellbeing at the centre of this development, the buildings achieved BREEAM ‘Outstanding,’ EPC ‘A+’ and are carbon negative.
