MSA was employed by SEGRO as the architects to design a four unit development on the former Nestle site in Hayes. The site is within a Conservation Area with elements of the existing buildings designed by Wallis Gilbert and Partners identified as heritage assets with local listings for the authenticity, architectural and artistic interest. The scheme formed part of a larger masterplan whereby the 12.28 hectare site was split between residential and commercial forming a mixed use regeneration development. The development offers outstanding diverse activities and public open space including a trim trail which wraps around the entire site, integrated exercise apparatus and opening up of the canal frontage.

BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ and EPC ‘A+’ ratings achieved.
