SEGRO Park, Tottenham has achieved the highest BREEAM score ever in the UK for an industrial building – 92.7%. Outstanding. Living walls and green-roofs contribute to biodiversity on site, and external landscaped amenity areas provide a scheme conducive to workplace wellbeing with gym equipment and seating areas.

A woodland has been planted to the northern boundary which screens the development to the adjacent and contributes towards Urban Greening and Biodiversity Net Gain.
