MSA was employed by SEGRO as the architects to design a multi-unit development, consisting of high quality warehouse units ranging in size from 650 sq m to 4,840 sq m. Living walls and green-roofs contribute to biodiversity on site, and extensive landscaping provides amenity areas with gym equipment and seating areas promoting a healthy workforce and wellbeing. A woodland was planted to the northern boundary contributing towards Urban Greening and Biodiversity Net Gain.

The project achieved a 92.7% BREEAM ‘Oustanding’, the highest scoring industrial assessment ever in the UK. EPC ‘A+’ rating was also achieved, underlying the most ‘sustainable industrial development in London.’
