Michael Sparks Associates were the architects behind SEGRO V-Park Grand Union, SEGRO’s first multi-storey industrial development in the UK. Situated in the London Borough of Brent, the ultra-modern innovative six-storey building provides 197,557 sq ft of flexible light industrial space and was designed to regenerate a 1.7-acre brownfield land, maximise accessibility on the site, employment space and job opportunities in the area. The property consists of two levels of car-parking and four upper levels of flexible industrial space, with units ranging from 1,712 sq ft to 32,250 sq ft, all benefitting from shared wellbeing spaces, meeting rooms, a breakout area and a landscaped roof terrace. The design focuses on how intensification can work in London and a reinterpretation of the flatted factory. Access is by various sized good lifts designed to accommodate fork lift and pallet movers.
