SILVERSTONE PARK

The second phase of construction at Silverstone Park has been progressing well and is due for completion in December.

Accommodation for high performance technology and motorsport businesses will be provided by 13 new units, with a total combined floor area of 258,000 sq ft. The site is located in Northamptonshire within the Silverstone Technology Cluster, directly opposite the world famous F1 Silverstone circuit.

The proposed design for the new units offers a dynamic elevational treatment, with expressed feature canopies and contrasting cladding elements to align with the Silverstone racing theme.
