Michael Sparks Associates were asked by MEPC to masterplan the land they own surrounding Silverstone circuit. As part of this process MEPC decided to build speculatively a number of units adjacent to their existing development.

Located opposite Silverstone’s Formula 1 circuit entrance, the development consists of two self-contained units, as well as two terraces, offering the potential for workshops for businesses looking for a prestigious address and a HQ-style unit in the beautifully landscaped surroundings at Northamptonshire’s Silverstone Park.
