Michael Sparks Associates were commissioned by Peel Logistics to design and deliver a speculative three unit industrial development at Test Lane, Southampton. During the construction phase, Michael Sparks Associates were commissioned to deliver the high quality fit out of Unit 3 for the tenant, John Lewis Partnership. The development sits within a newly landscaped site with the creation of Linear Park for the local residences with bunds and an acoustic fence to conceal the industrial development. Each industrial unit has Grade A open plan first floor offices. The project achieved a BREEAM rating of “Excellent”.
