Coventry

This project consists of two industrial units for Segro, within the proposed development Segro Park, Coventry. Units 4B and 4C achieved PC on the 05.02.2024, the project cost was circa £28.5 million. Both units include a warehouse, first floor offices, car parking, service yard area and associated landscaping.

The design fulfils the client’s aspirations for modern units that use good quality sustainable materials such as external timber cladding. Both units achieved BREEAM excellence and EPC A rating with the provision of PV installed on the roofs.
