WICK ROAD, HACKNEY

MSA are extremely proud to be the architects for Bloom Developments‘ first project on Wick Road, an ultra-urban development in Hackney. The project is about 15,000 sq ft on 0.4 acre and contains 2 storeys of warehouse accommodation accessed by goods lifts– c.80% site density, showing how very central locations can be intensified to provide maximum employment spaces.

In addition, balconies and fast van charging facilities are included in the development and it has achieved an ‘Excellent’ BREEAM rating and awarded an EPC of A+.
