SEGRO PARK, ENFIELD

MSA are the masterplanners and architects for SEGRO Park, Enfield, a new industrial village located beside the River Lee. The site consists of three large units covering a total floor area of 21,220 sq m (228,400 sq ft). Following the success at Navigation Park, the development will provide further opportunities for commercial letting in the established Ponders End employment area.

The project is currently progressing at construction phase. The photos below illustrate piling of the site, and assembling of the steel work, lift core and stairs for Unit 3. This process will be followed for Units 1 and 2, respectively.

The development is set for completion in early 2020.
